Hat fits nicely. Could have elastic to hold it in place a bit more steadily. Because it's shipped flat I placed it on a wig stand to try to give it more shape. Product arrived earlier than expected. 25 for a costume hat is a bit pricey but overall I'm satisfied with my purchase.
