    Does what it says it does

    The card can do 10G, but for most applications will be unsuitable as it needs to be put in a chassis with unusually good airflow or it will overheat. As it is primarily a server card, this will not normally be a concern, more something to keep in mind. Otherwise, does exactly what it says it'll do. Bear in mind that the drivers are a pain to install but you can install Windows Server 2012 drivers in Windows 10 manually and it will work just fine.

    gives new life to old fiber

    It allows you to get new life out of old hardware (10 year old fiber). I hope the quality is good but it has only been in use for a week.
