I’ve had a Farberware 12” stainless electric skillet for years and have always been pleased with its performance. Since finding out about this amazing deep model, I have been thrilled that temperature-controlled frying is much less messy and more satisfying! It is an easy clean chore to simply pour the used oil through a fine mesh strainer and refrigerate it for future use. I can’t wait to try this little gem with a pot roast or a braised beef recipe!
