Easy to use and does what it is designed to do efficiently.
It is not too heavy and is comfortable in the hand. Nor does it spill all over the place. It also holds enough for three cups of tea and looks good. Hence my final verdict is Its a fancy product, if I had a second option I would have gone for a regular one.
I start with comparing the time it takes to boil compare to my old target kettle which seems to be about 1500W this took about 20sec longer. Defiently overrated. Second Issue, is the cable length, if you don't have the plug point right next to it, most probably it will be too short. always faulty I have had enough to many problems
This is the third jug I have purchased the first one the lid came of , the second one started to leak and you did offer to replace it if I sent a picture of it with the cord cut but unfortunately I already through it out. So I purchased another one and I can't believe it . Great kettle
This is a great little kettle. The button on the handle lifts the lid to 90 degrees making it very easy to fill.The element is not exposed so there is less area for calcium build up. It boils fast and looks great

It is OK in all respects, except that it appears to be a bit "light-weight" when compared with the other established brands. So, it just feels that it may not last as long as the established brands, but it has a 12-month warranty just the same. Can suffer boil problems.
Had problems at the start. First boil would not turn off. After that would not stay on long enough to boil. I found the on switch could not go right down before hitting black plastic under it.
