    Good tool to own

    Compared to a gas blower, this unit does not have the power to remove debris from a rough surface, such as grass or rocks. But, it does not have the hard start up problems and maintenance issues of a gas blower either. But it is great for cleanup of a smooth surface. Because this is the type of tool, where the power is on continuously, you might need to invest in a second battery. I took me a full charge to clean out a dirty, dusty, cobweb filled garage. And half the charge of a second battery to clean clean my driveway, front porch, rear deck and rear walkway that was not as dirty. I like this cordless tool. Plus, it comes with a battery.

    Not much power

    Not much power compared to others. B&D makes other blowers that are much stronger. This blower won't blow half of a cotton ball across the floor if you use your foot to assist it. Don't waste your money. There are several other brands and models that are better for about the same price. I only bought it because I have other B&D tools and batteries and thought it was the same as one I already own...no such luck. It's a used $50 door stop that came with a free battery. Check the model# and avoid unless it's free.

    Great product to blow leaves out of the gutters

    I bought this product for removing leaves out of gutters. It is the perfect tool for this purpose as it is lightweight, cordless, and has enough power to do the job. The negative is that it only works for about 15 to 20 minutes.I have a second battery from my Black & Decker Weedwhacker that I use.

    Works as described

    Overall, I like it. The lithium battery is much better than the previous lead-acid type - much lighter and more energy per pound. The charger consists of a wall wart with a lead to a holder for the battery when charging. This is not nearly as convenient at the previous model which had a charger that could be attached to a wall and was a simple step to place the blower on the charger without removing the battery.

    Great little touch-up blower

    If you are looking for a powerful do everything leaf blower, this is not it. For me though there is a lot of times that I just have a little touchup sweeping that I want to do and this fits the bill perfectly. I use mine around the doors, on the deck, in the shop, and in the mudroom to clean up after the little dogs that always manage to find things that we don’t want in the house. For your serious leaf blowing use your gas powered or electric leaf blower.

    LIghtweight and easy to use blower...

    Is it etertaining? LOL. Give me a break... It does what it is supposed to do, is lightweight and easy to use, less stress on the muscles, and adequate enough to get the job done. It does not have the blowing power a gas or cord powered blower has, but it does blow fast enough to get the job done.

    Well worth it!

    I never knew keeping a clean sidewalk, porch, carport, etc. could be so easy! The Black and Decker cordless blower/sweeper has plenty enough blowing strength to clean them well of leaves, pine straw, small rocks, and dirt. And the convenience of no cord is WONDERFUL. Charging is easy and lasts for a good length of time. I enjoy using my Black and Decker Cordless Sweeper. It is almost effortless and weighs so little that it is easy to carry. I am happy with my purchase.

    Lightweight, easy to use! Does a great job!

    Great design for sweeping, long nozzle, NOT ENOUGH POWER. Works far better with a 4.0 amp hour battery. Manufacturer only supplies 1.5 amp hour battery. Buy an aftermarket 4.0 battery or stronger, tool will work a lot better.

    I like this blower because it is simple, compact and light. I only need a blower to blow the dust of my patio. I don't have leaves as an issue or heavy debris issues. I already had a black & decker 20v hedge trimmer, so the battery compatibility is better for me.
