Slightly higher degrees
This thermal paste gives me 7 degrees higher temperature than another MX-4 (2019). The mixture looks different. I'm not 100% sure if it's original. I tested with a processor i5-8600К - 4.8Ghz OC 1,28V + CLC240 Evga on CINEBENCH R20 . I did two tests one after the other with each paste separately with my PC . (78 degrees with thist hermal paste vs 71 degrees with my arctic mx-4 2019).Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Was easy to use,after I practiced a couple times on a piece of paper. It's only been a couple since I installed a new CPU in my vintage desktop,so I can't speak for long term performance,but no heat issues yet,after installing upgraded windows,tweaking settings,and running antivirus scans. the least expensive top performing thermal paste in large quantity tube I could find. Not disappointed. Spreads well. I'm old school and coat my CPUs in thermal paste with a slight bulge in the center, no thicker than a sheet of paper. I've never had issues with thermal throttling, SMD shorts, or even overflow messes. Just like the title says, it works and it was easy to apply. My old Inspiron desktop was in dire need of having the thermal paste reapplied and the temps dropped dramatically. Arctic Thermal Pastes are the best value & price
The Arctic MX-4 Thermal Paste is probably, or is, the best value thermal paste that you can get. After using the thermal paste, my average temperatures reduced by about 5 to 10 celesius, while it doesn't sound like much, it really does help a lot. Cool Processor Runnings
This comes highly recommended for the casual computer builder. I don't do over-clocking or gaming computers, but I do put the maximum memory in and the highest processor the motherboard can handle.
