The Pepper Mill broke in our fist order Now the second Pepper Mill is broken . the Salt Mill is ok but The Pepper Mill just stops for no reason ? we just use black pepper corms in the mill. This is the "Rolls Royce" when it come to the Russell Hobbs electric salt & pepper mill grinders. It grinds up pepper like paper and quiet too, love to LED white lite. I wasn't all that sure about the button on the top, but once you try it you will fall in love with it as have I. So Good! Excellent, I love them, best I've ever had.
These are the best I've had and I've had a few electric mills over the years. (These mills work so much better than Cole & Masons). Lots of salt/pepper is produced from one short press, works every time (no clogging) - so these are excellent when cooking. I recommend these and am so glad I bought them. (If you're shopping around for electric mills - note: I bought these to replace my over-priced Cole & Mason pepper mills which broke within 2 yrs - don't get taken in by the Cole & Mason "life-time" warranty! Easy to use with just one hand which is terrific when you are cooking and a breeze to top up the salt and pepper.
i think they are the best out there. Salt and Pepper brand did not feel like they were built with the same integrity and the breville the same. The best part about these is the battery compartment is a separate access so you don’t have to open the whole shaker to change them. Even the previous model of the Russel Hobbs is not as easy to use as these. The old Russel Hobbs didnt make a generous hole to replace your peppercorns or salt . Happy with our Purchase.
We are so happy with our Russell Hobbs Salt and Pepper grinders. We had a RB set before this one but unfortunately I dropped one and broke it so we had to replace it. In between finding our RB Grinders again, we bought a few "el cheapo's", which worked for 5 minutes. We were very happy when I found this pair on ebay and we had to pick them up from The Good Guys in Ipswich which was a dream. Nice staff and we've never been happier.
