Item received on time and well packaged. Very pleased with installation kit as it has everything required for a professional install. Camera is quite small, discreet, and easy to install. On line video is quite helpful. On testing this dash camera, the video quality is very good and especially clear in low light conditions. However there is reflection from the dash in bright daylight conditions that reduces the quality of the video. Once installed and set up according to your requirements It is hardly notice at all. It is a set and forget piece of equipment until it is required to produce evidence of an event. Video footage is easily accessed from the mini SD card using the provided adaptor plugging into a USB slot in your computer. After much research and reading on line reviews i decided to purchase this unit as I was looking for a good quality, discreet dash camera that was well priced and performed well in all conditions. Great dashcam, highly recomeneded.
This is my third purchase of this product. Great quality camera even in low light and night time conditions. I had one installed in my ute with permanent power from dual battery feed. This activates motion detection when parked. The other two cars had no secondary batteries so only ran when ignition is on (via cigarette lighter). Bang for your buck, comes with GPS module and micro sd card so no additional costs. Version 3 (V3) unit comes with polariser to attach to the lens, it all depends if your dash reflects glare up in the camera. I got to admit that I was quite conerned about this product. But reviewing the footage using the Datakam player changed my perception. The video and audio recording quality is simply excellent. I have had no dramas with the camera, and it starts up and shuts down every time. I recommend this product. It is easy to install with all the bits you would need. Removing the microSD card requires tweezers, but I seldom remove to view the recent footage. It's a good dash cam that comes with everything you need to install it into your car. It works fine just like being advertised.
