Fitbit nails it this time round.
Having used previous fitbits in the past I can safely say this the best one that ive used so far for exercise, heart rate accuracy and sleep tracking. Obviously the heart rate tracking wont be as accurate as a chest strap but for something that sits on your wrist.. its bloody close!
Its also worth noting that the sleep tracking is very accurate, numerous tests can be found on youtube showing this. I love this part of the fitbit because you get given a "readiness score" each day.. basically the software in this watch is really smart and will tell you if you should have a rest day or you should get your ass down to the gym and get some exercise in, it figures this out by reading your temperature through the night, blood oxygen levels and quality of sleep as well as how much exercise you did the previous day.
Honestly, this watch is spot on and it has changed me from a couch potato to someone who rides their bike daily and hits the gym frequently.
Mentally, this device has helped me a lot. So if you are someone who needs that little push and motivation then I highly recommend you get this watch.
Con: Music - if your hoping to control your music through this device then unfortunately you cant do this and will have to look elsewhere, I personally use Galaxy buds and keep my phone near by so it doesnt affect me.
