Great Movie but DVD lacking in sound quality
The movie has fantastic actors in it - a who's who of British living legends. The story is as eccentric as the place itself. A great escapism to humour and wit. The DVD quality is average. There is no option for Subtitles (English preferred for hearing impaired) and the quality of sound that has been transferred to the DVD is average. I can see now why digitally re-mastered can be a benefit.

Only the Brits can make comedy this good
Fantastic telling of a fantastic book! Superb British humour, done the way only the Brits can do it. Wonderful casting (Rufus Sewell...yummm) - it's a who's who of British super talent. Simply a total joy to watch.
