It looks like a genuine Hyundai/KIA filter cap and it fits a 2006 Santa Fe 3.3L engine
According to some sources on the Internet, these Hyundai/Kia plastic oil filter caps last about ten years. Mine lasted almost nine years and it started to leak. Mine started to leak after we had cold snap and the temperature dropped into the upper 20's. When the temp warmed back up to normal, I noticed a puddle of oil on the ground. I wish that Hyundai had made these caps out of metal so I wouldn't have to replace it or worry about leaks.

Bought a 10 yr old car a yr ago and the -10+ indiana winter blew it wide open and puked all the oil all over the engine. Hyundai oem packaging. Hope it lasts 10yrs like the old one.

I am glad somebody has the original caps. These are great for back up. Since they are made out of plastic and tend to break after 10 years. These can save you from trouble after the car its older.
