This item has been graded per TCA standards C-5: Good based on visual appearance. Despite cosmetic imperfections, this Steam Locomotive and Tender from Lionel is still in great shape and is ready to make a statement on your O Gauge layout! This model has been repainted. There are small bubbles in the paint throughout this model. The shell shows other nicks and spots of paint loss. Some of the metal trim is scuffed or tarnished slightly. The front plow piece shows a few nicks in the paint. The wheels & pickups of the tender show wear and tarnish. The wheels of the locomotive might have been replaced previously, as they are in pretty great shape still. This item has been inspected by our repair shop.
