Works well with whole potato waffles, a big appliance
It's great for making potato waffles, doesn't stick and seems sturdy enough can apply a lot of pressure when squishing cooked potatoes down. I haven't made any waffles from a mixture yet but I see there's an overflow around the edge which will no doubt be helpful. Even though it can be stood up it still takes up a lot of room in my small space. In a larger kitchen I imagine it wouldn't be a problem. A great alternative to pancakes on weekends. I did a lot of research online before I settled on this for quality and price. It comes with a recipe booklet, which has some good recipes in it. I've only used the basic mix so far (great with fruit and melted chocolate or maple syrup).
