Good phone for the aged.
The boost button is disapointing as it has to be pressed every time the phone is used and cannot be left on. The photos for speed dial are great. Good phone but next time ì would buy the Telstra equilavent as it has some features that are better.

I purchased this item for my 85 year old Mum as she had dementia. She loves the fact that she can easily communicate using the programable large photo buttons which you can personalise with an photo image and store frequent numbers. This phone is great elderly people. Great buy.

Good - Large numbers and keys. Red light alert good visual. Bad - Come from a large family so would of liked a few more one button memory dial. Elderly parents didn't like 2 button dial option. Buttons slippery. Would of liked a speaker option so can skip having to pick up the hand piece which also becomes more difficult as you get older.

Phone was bought for my 99 year old mother so that she could hear her phone calls. The phone was connected to her outlet but there was no sound coming out of the handset. This defeats the purpose of the purchase and so have had to reinstall her old phone. The phone isn’t working properly.
