The main difference is the priming feature, the Anniversary kit utilizes a press mounted priming feature, when the Breech Lock Single stage kit utilizes a Lee hand primer and shellholders " This is a great start up press. I have moved on to a progressive press, but still use this press for certain things. I have since pressed thousands of rounds of dozens of calibers, and it all started with this kit. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to get started reloading." "This kit is a great value for someone getting into reloading. Depending on how much you want to get into it you might be better off buying items separately though, since you will end up replacing many items in the kit with better ones.
