    OTC sleep aid

    Doxylamine works for me. I tried the other OTC sleep aid: Diphenhydramine is an over-the-counter ,generic Nytol and more. Those did not. Both can be habit-forming. Just 1/2 a pill one hour B-4 bed works fine. Inexpensive.
