Over the head headset is awesome and comfy.
These are replacing my AT&T phones (set of 4 and no headset). They were pretty good but there were multiple problems with dropped calls from only being 35 feet from the base with a closed door. If I opened the door it was static city. These are of nice size and about one inch bigger than my old ones. I love how easily these phones programmed. The base unit will answer your calls for you, with your recorded outgoing message. Easy to program for your contacts list. You enter the numbers for your contacts and they are in all the phones.. The headset is comfortable but there is one small drawback. the mute (or used for HOLD) button is super hard to find. I fixed that problem with some super glue and a small piece of o-ring. Not a big deal breaker for me. Now I can find it and am not fumbling around looking for a button that is flush with the unit. No one has complained of not being able to hear me and I can hear them, if I can't I simply use the volume button. I like how it allows you to know you have your call on mute. I have not tried the Bluetooth cell phone function yet. It was a feature I was not interested in but will eventually try it out later.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Nice sleek looking system. The headset is the main feature we were looking for, which is not easy to fine with a cordless phone system. We needed some assistance with pairing the headset to the system, but the VTech phone support line was excellent! Seriously, way better than people are used to expecting for a tech support line. One call, enter the model number and what type of support I needed, and in less than 90 seconds, I was connected to a live person, who spoke good English, and actually knew what they were talking about. Trouble pairing with base
It comes with instructions how to insert the battery but none as to pairing it with the phone system. It took me two days to find a human at vtech who gave me the very simple instructions - just press a button on the phone base. Duh! Good phone but not for us.
