It is a great product.. I have been using the filter replacements for over 15 years. I only have one problem. When replacing the filter it requires someone with more strength than an eighty year old woman has to tighten it as much as is needed to seal it so the unit does not leak. Product good, but time for delivery poor.
The product (filter) was exactly what I expected. Instructions for installation were clear. Took about 30 minutes to put in from start to finish. My only criticism is with the delivery. It was put into a 2-day priority system USPS on December 8, 2020 and the part didn't come until January 3, 2021.
