First Time Refurbished Computer Buyer
I wish I had known more about refurbishes computers before I bought this. That being said, it's still a good buy. I have learned much from talking with so many geek squad techs. They don't recommend buying a refurb older than 5 years. I still don't know why some of the data from my old computer was lost during the data transfer. I only rated 3 stars because I'm really not sure at this point in time if I would recommend it, or if it's of good quality. Time will tell. This is a STABILIZING STAND for small-format tower PC such as HP and Acer (and Dell, likely) offers. Designed for an HP SFF computer, it also fits perfectly my Acer Aspire XC-1660G-UW93 computer. It's about 3.9 inches wide at the base, so the stand will probably work for any PC with that width. Makes it highly unlikely that your tower PC will tip over on one side or the other.

Fits perfectly on my new HP Elitedesk G4 SFF and keeps it stable upright.
Stand fits perfectly and keeps computer stable in upgright position. I was concerned since the item was actually for the previous models. The current HP G4 SFF has rounded edges whereas the prior ones have square edges so the newest stands mate perfectly with the rounded edges, but you cannot seem to buy them after purhasing the computer so I tried the old stand and it fits almost perfectly.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
