Very poor quality.
I purchased 2 of these, the first one broke where the screw holds the horn to the rod after only the second time of using, the second one is now very loose at the same place and I suspect it will break there also. The idea is good but the materials too fragile
The metal bent very easily when I tried to facilitate my heel sliding into the back of my shoe. OK the shoe is quite tight, but that's what you need a shoe horn for. There are other much better products on ebay.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
