Stylish with appropriae knife selection
The Baccarat Sabre knifes are very easy to handle and the grip is appropriate for small hands. I really like the colour of the block wood. I'm not to sure how to sharpen the knife with the rasp tool, but I will look into it. The only thing that concerns me is the price. Has it been reduced because of the material the block is made of can mark with wear and tear? can the block be stained not to mark?

This knife set is really great and the number of pieces is sufficient for ordinary cooking needs. The knives with the long sharp edge are easy to manage and enable fast cutting. I haven't tried the scissors yet but if they are in line with the rest of the set I'm sure they would be very good. Carmen
