Fix my PROTOs!!!!

Part of a locomotive overhaul
Drop in fit for my Athearn SW7 blue box locomotive. Protypical diameter, nickel silver is much smoother and corrosion resistant than the original sintered iron wheels, should provide better traction and electrical pickup.
