Good but not great
Everything works great and it’s what you would expect from Focusrite. My one and only issue is that there is no gain control for the direct monitoring. While this may not be a big issue it’s something I overlooked when buying as it’s very important to me. The 2i2 has it so I should have purchased it instead but never noticed at first. Disappointing and Frustrating
If you're expecting to "plug and play" you'll be disappointed. Get ready to plug and weep instead. It doesn't come with any of the necessary cables to hook it up to your computer or your instruments, so you will be spending a lot of money on the right cables. The software that you are supposed to download will most likely make your computer crash or freeze and is truly not worth it when you finally get it set up. If all you want to do is record yourself and a couple of friends, to work on some music, you will be very frustrated, because it's just not that simple. Solved problem
