Fun little gadget
Not having an LED light for reminders on texts is annoying. You can set up the edge light display and set up reminders however the LED does not illuminate with reminders. Otherwise no major complaints. The phone is fast and has a lot of space. Long battery life, fast charging, and expandable memory are a plus. Phone is on the larger side however the one hand feature is a nice touch and makes it easier to use. As with all Samsung/androids tons of customization can be done. i have had it less than 2 weeks....i was away camping and literally without a phone. Pros: Nice phone. Large screen. Good features. Good camera. Battery life is decent. It supports wireless charging. Cons: Doesn't have headphone plug in. Upgrade, finally.
my 1st Samsung Galaxy J3, was nice and functional that I got in 2017, never an issue, but I finally decided to give myself an upgrade. Great phone and it does everything I need it too.
Being 73 yrs old this is my first smartphone. I bought it to replace the Samsung Galaxy Tab A tablet, digital camera, old flip phone and my DEXCOM G6 Continuous Glucose Monitor receiver that I have to carry and remember to bring with me when I go out. Jury still out
I am generally happy with this phone tho my wife n son are skeptical that it is safe to buy a refurbished one. I am a little skittish too as I attempted to open an article on youtube n got a blinking screen that said the phone was infected by a virus. That has never happened to me with my previous phones. Large phone with great features
This phone does everything expected of a new phone. It has a great camera, long battery life and crystal clear screen. The microSD slot is great for adding more storage. The phone may not have all the features of a standard S20, but it is really close. The price point is also way better than the standard S20. The only issue that I have is getting used to the size of the phone. The phone is a hand full, but Samsung built in features to still make it usable.
