Great earphones
One of the best pieces of earphones I have ever had. My only complaint is that the voice detect feature activates with any sound at the gym, not just with my voice. It also takes some time to find the perfect fit in your ears. Once you find it, they fit great. They are a little too sensitive to the touch. If you try to adjust them in your ear while working out, you usually activate a command. But they sound great and look awesome. The wearable app gives you plenty of great options. Great Buds but not for everyone
I really want to recommend these but i wish. These buds are fantastic, my friends love them but my ears don't, i think you already have seen the complaints about these buds, they just keep falling, to be honest, they need to have an Ear shape&canal official samsung test in order to be compatible to purchase these... Trust me i have tried desperately to find a way to keep them from falling off but failed. On the other hand, these buds are everything i wanted, the features just make sense but i can see better iteration and especially for the fit, like bring back the wing from buds plus and just make the current features better. Like Voice detect,it's not reliable and it's sometimes a hit or miss and mostly a miss when high volume but that could be because of bad fit and bad orientation (mic direction). I am waiting for samsung to do the next iteration of these better and to focus on them but in a better picture and based on customers' experience. Best sounding and most uncomfortable earbuds
Right out of the package these were partially charged so they worked right away connected extremely easy to my Galaxy 10. instantly putting them in they were the best sounding earbuds I've ever bought. Watching a 4K Atmos movie on these is incredible! They were a bit uncomfortable at first they did come with three different size earbud tips. After a while they were all uncomfortable. I usually only use one earbud in during the day so I rotate which one I'm wearing but I would not purchase again due to the discomfort factor. Cannot wear while sleeping either due to the discomfort while laying on my side compared to some of the other earbuds I've purchased in the past.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great earbuds
I Love the design, features and sound. I've had the buds, buds plus, and buds live. Love Samsung, they've never let me down. The only problem I have with these, which I've had with all earbuds is the fit for my right ear. My right ear canal is smaller and have a hard time fitting any earbuds in that ear. I wish I listened
When I read other people feedbacks I wish I listened to them, Many people complained buds are good but it's hard to keep them in the ears. And yes, it is the case. Even though they have 3 different sizes of plugs none of them work for me. I'm using them in the gym and every 20 minutes they fall off from my ears not matter how hard I plugged them in. Ok for everyday use but not for critical listening
The "open box" Galaxy Buds Pro I purchased came in "like new" condition. I paid less than $100 so it proved to be a good value. The sound signature is similar to the Buds Live which I also have but the bass is not as strong and the highs not as crisp. The Buds Live has a more dynamic and lively sound than the Pro. I used the EQ in the Wearable app to adjust the sound to my liking. Unfortunately, the app does not allow for customizing the fixed EQ settings. The Buds Pro sound is okay for general purposes like working out at the gym, working at your desk, commuting, etc. However, I find that neither the Buds Live or Pro give the clarity I desire for more critical listening. For that, I use my Sennheiser MTW2 ear buds which in my opinion is the best sounding for classical music. The noise cancellation of the Pro is better than the Live if you can get a good seal in your ear. I replaced the stock ear tips with Spinfit tips which are more to my liking and give me a better seal. While the NC isn't as good as Sony or Bose, it is acceptable for most environments. For travel by plane I want something better so I use my Sony WF-1000XM3 so I don't have to listen to the droning of the engines for 5 or more hours. Accessories included a water resistant case made of clear plastic. The protective case does not attach to the charging case. The charging case just sits in the protective case. The protective case has a clasp to keep it securely closed and resistant to water penetration. The protective case is only included in boxes so marked.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

A good value for the money
I have larger ears and they fit snug, comfortable and secure. A smaller person or woman might find them tight. The sound quality is excellent. The ANR is poor at best (when compared to $300 Bose products). The touch controls work well with the exception of the volume which does not work at all on my iPhone. I tried downloading the App to see if they worked better with that but they would not pair through the application. The battery seems to last for several hours.
