Perfect replacement.
As the Felco secateurs are expensive, it was cheaper to replace the broken blade instead of purchasing a new set. The blade was fitted perfectly and was easy to replace. Delighted to be able to buy a replacement part that is is Swiss manufacture, from the original manufacturer.
Bought my Felco 4 secateurs in 1976 while attending a Home Gardening Course at Ryde School of Horticulture, NSW. Have sharpened the blade on several occasions and was planning to do this again. But decided to buy the replacement. The Felco 4 otherwise is still in good working order. These days it is difficult to buy a product that is not made in China and is of inferior quality.
