    Get ready for a fab movie.

    So pleased that I bought this DVD. Loved the music, the era (20s), the fabulous actors. The movie is innovative, especially in the music and dancing part, when a movie is being created. Years ahead of other movies. And best- Singing in the Rain, with the fabulous Gene Kelly dancing and singing. Amazing. But I loved all of it. Five stars.

    There is nothing I can add to all the accolades this classic musical has garnered since its initial screening. Top productions numbers flawlessly executed are the hall mark of this film. The three principal characters are so "hollywood" in their positive can-do approach to their life and work and yet just manage not to be too corny. Gene Kelly, Debbie Reynolds and Donald O'Connor bring them to life with amazing gusto. What an abundance of talent. Love the cameo appearance of the beautiful Cyd Charisse in one dance sequence. And yes, the villainess of the film gets her just desserts too in the end. Great film.
