Quies help me sleep like a baby
I have used Quies for many years for a sound night sleep. I have tried every other brand I could find, but the quality, effectiveness and comfort of Quies is far better than any other brand, the only downside is you can't buy them in Australia that I know of, so I have to buy online. I use half an earplug in each ear, just the right size for my ears.

Most Comfortable And Effective Earplugs
We travel and cannot be guaranteed quiet sleeping options and these earplugs are EXCELLENT. I remove the cotton wool surround and cut 1/3 off the total size for a comfortable fit. They last for a long time - so I am happy to reuse them many times until they look like they need replacing. Keep them in a clean container They mould well to your ear when at body temperature and block sound superbly Great value and highly recommended
