Great laptop for home and small business.
All of the great features and smart design elements that I've come to expect from Lenovo products. Refurbished product came professionally packaged in an appropriately sized container and was as-described. Laptop had not been reset upon arrival (which is mildly sketchy) but easily fixed and scanned. 5 stars for my light-medium business use. I will specifically point out that the touch screen is fantastic, the stylus is fantastic, and there are Wacom stylus' upgrades that you can purchase as well if you have the need for even higher detail. I use this laptop for everything from spreadsheets, to hand-drawn mind maps, to sheet music, to putting it in tent mode and standing it up to show a video presentation. It's amazing, it's durable, and it won't let you down!

A very Good laptop for your bucks!
light weight an on the go companion. fast boot up and download speed. Wife and daughter tried it now Santa has to add more gifts under the tree:-( I kid you not, this is a solid lap top. can be used as a drawing pad with a decent touch screen. The only con is the stylus. But any stylus pen out there solves the problem so that is no some much of a con.

Quality, low profile, versatile laptop
Before I purchased the laptop, I read a couple of reviews about it. The reviews were quite positive and emphasized the quality of workmanship associated with the computer. They also pointed out how quickly the laptop booted as a result of caching m.2 card attached to the motherboard. Originally, the computer had a Win 8.1 OS, but it had been updated to a Win 10 OS. Apparently, the update interfered with the operation of the caching card, rendering the quick boot ineffective. I was going to purchase a larger cache card and place the OS onto that card in order to increase the speed of booting, but, when I compared prices of M.2 caching cards to a new 500 gig SSD, I discovered there wasn't much difference in price. As a result, I purchased a new WD 500 SSD and installed the Win 10 OS onto it. As a result, the computer boots within seconds. I also downloaded the recommended updates to the Lenovo drivers/software and now have a like new, speedy computer with a small footstep and the benefits of the quality Lenovo design. It is slightly heavier than I thought it would be, but that is because of its sturdy build. I will take the sturdy build anyday. Because the battery is not new, I cannot comment on how long the battery lasts.
