Astonishingly good value
These cartridges are after-market copies. An original Brother toner cartridge equivalent is likely to cost between $120 and $190 PER COLOUR. The price of sixty-five dollars or so for all four cartridges is therefore remarkable. But of course, none of that would represent a particularly good value if they didn't work. They do. I DID notice that two colours "jammed" a bit when first installed. I found that spinning the white, toothed gear on the left side of the cartridge fixed this problem immediately for both colours. Neither have caused any problem since. Other than that, I've noticed no difference in comparison to the cartridges that came with the printer. I heartily endorse this product. I saw no loss of quality, and at a tenth the cost of the original, it's a savings that can't be passed up.
