Perfect fit. Good value.
Perfect fit on this OEM product for my 85 F150 Lariat. Save those tiny screws from the original broken one and hold them tight when unscrewing. (Trip to the junk yard found that this latch had already been taken/broken on the 85 F150s there but found nice motor rain diverter that goes on the firewall below the cowling for $1.50 off a 1992 F150 and also chrome windshield molding piece for $1.50 vs $132 @ LMC Truck website).

Too soon to tell
Arrived quickly. Installed it in my 86 GMC 2500 - so far so good - the true test will be how long it last before it breaks. I bought the truck new - this is the 5th latch - it's been broke for the last 15 years - GMC quit selling them back then - found this one - the dimensions were close so I gave it a try.

Had to Modify
This latch looks correct, but is reversed from the OEM latch. It is slightly bigger than the OEM, so modification is required to function properly.

No screws
You would have thought that when you buy this latch, it would come with the screws... Now I'm stuck trying to find screws so I can install this latch... 😒

Doesn't lock very well
The folded part pushes the window. I couldn't close it cause it is too close to the window. I had to create little pads/wedges in between the latch and window(where the screws go) so it locks flat.
