Amazing watch, just slight flaws
This particular one that I bought happened to have a lot of scratches on the screen but overall for the price I can’t complain. I knew it would be an awesome watch as I upgraded to this from the series 1 and I love the form factor, battery life and overall improvements in speed and design. My main complaint is that the battery still won’t last through the day and overnight, so if I want to use sleep tracking I have to charge it for a little bit at some point during the day which isn’t a huge deal, just something I wish they would improve. Overall I am happy with my purchase

Good, but could be better.
i love this watch for the ease of answering phone calls and verbally responding and sending new texts. So convenient. The heart beat feature is good. But the watch is not accurate for exercise. It seems accurate for measuring the time spent standing on your feet, and fairly good for counting steps. But it is very inaccurate for measuring the exercise activity. It is crazy in that it gives me more time for exercise when I golf, than when I play pickleball. That's crazy. I had a Fit Bit Charge before this and it was much more accurate for heavy exercise and calories burned. Apparently, when you swing your arms in golf, the watch program assumes you are getting heavy exercise. The sleep program that I downloaded also if very inaccurate. The watch does not come with a sleep program. Although a rep at Best Buy said that will be coming out in a newer version. In summary, I love most of the programs and the ease of phone, text and email. But use Fit Bit if you want to accurately measure exercise and sleep.

Fabulous Watch.
I love this watch! I bought it to replace a Garmin running watch. It does the job well. The most awesome feature is not having to run with my phone. I can receive calls, texts, check the weather, listen to music, use Siri, and the list goes on! I’ve only had it for a short time and I’m still discovering features each day. I can’t recommend this watch enough.

The watch works perfectly no issues. Difference between series 4 and 5 is 5 has an always on screen function and more memory. For almost $300 cheaper with this one this was a great value. This one came with extra bands and a wall mount charging dock.

Great watch! meh charger...
The watch itself was amazing, it had a couple scratches but you can hardly tell. Nothing a few days of wear wouldn’t do. However, the charger that came with the watch does not work as reliably as hoped for. I will be buying a new charger, but worked as an amazing gift, and does everything I wanted for way cheaper than anywhere else.
