Early days, but impressive performance saves energy. Highly Recommended.
I've been through a few cheap house water pumps that were well spec'd but failed to live up to those specifications in the longer term, often due to deteriorating plastic parts. The unusual design appearance of this pump initially made me a little wary to choose it over other conventional designs from other reputable pump manufacturers. However, now that I have experienced it in service for the past 3-months, I couldn't be happier. Its variable speed control works smoothly, very quietly and flawlessly providing a reliable steady pressure at every tap. The power meter indicates a 25% efficiency gain in power usage so the additional cost over cheaper pumps is easily justified. Based on this experience to date, I'd have no hesitation in buying another DAB pump for other applications. **Update 2023** Now approaching 2-years in service and still operating flawlessly
