    Great for the food stocker

    FoodSavers are a great tool to preserve food for those who like to shop deals and stock up in the freezer. Our food tastes fresh for weeks after freezing with no freezer burn or drying out. I shop the BOGO sales at FoodSaver web site to get the best deals on rolls. The suction attachment works well with the freezer bags. The unit is a bit large to leave on the counter top depending on how often you use it, but it is not unsightly.. It is well constructed and I expect it will last a long time.

    Don't like the design!

    Strange design where you almost have to hold the bag while it vacuum seals or waste tons of storage bag length. Because the sealer is toward the top of the machine, you have to hold the bag as you seal, or use up extra bag to have it sit on the counter- can't stand the design of this thing! Wish I could return it.

    Just what we needed!

    I don't know how we've gone so long without this addition to our kitchen! We are a household of 3 with different schedules from day to day. This has been a huge help with portioning protein so that we do not make too much at one time. The device is easy to use. I don't feel that we've used it to its fullest extent quite yet. But the features that we have used have served our purposes perfectly. I look forward to using it more and more over time.

    Great Value.

    Took just a little time to get the hang of it. Once you figure out how to handle the bags ,it works well. If you buy the bigger bulk rolls of bags they won't fit this unit. No problem just unroll 1/2 the roll works fine.

    Awesome product that keeps food fresh for months!

    Awesome product! Works well, easy to use. As a single guy, I look forward to freezing leftovers and not having to use them so soon, Saves on freezer burn which I end up throwing out.Now I can enjoy my meals and save some for a later time. I will be using my vacuum sealer a lot!

    Very good machine for the price.

    We like the 2 separate sealing positions. one for the cutter and one for the vacuum. Having to hold the bag and push the vacuum and seal bar at both ends make it a little awkward to operate.
