Worth it at a discount - annoying connectivity issues sometimes, possibly wonky charging
These are a solid 3 stars IF AND ONLY IF you can grab them at a huge discount. I got them for $100, and I'd be angry if I paid any more than that. They sound great, no complaints there. Sometimes when I walk away from the audio source the connection goes spotty, which I haven't experienced with other wireless headphones. Not generally a problem. Where they disappoint is connecting to other devices. You always want Bluetooth devices to just work, and these mostly do, but every once in awhile they just decide to be a pain for no good reason. As far as I know, you have to use the app when you want to use transparent hearing (which works great), so I'm not sure how to turn it on when I'm using my PC. I get that transparent hearing is mostly for public situations, but it's good to have when you work from home, too. I have consistent issues trying to connect to one phone in particular, my Galaxy S7. I have no issues connecting my HD1s to the phone, and these buds do connect to it sometimes, so I know it's not the phone. Fortunately they haven't (yet) given me too much trouble with my main phone (Moto Z2 Force) ir with my PC. If the S7 were my only phone, this would be a much worse review and I'd have sent these back. Also, one time when I charged these overnight in the case, only one of the buds charged. Super irritating if I had to commute and use these at the office, but less of an issue at home. Since then I've made it a point to press down a bit when putting the buds in the case in case the issue was a faulty contact, and I haven't had that problem except the one time. So, if you can put up with some minor annoyances then these are worth picking up at a big discount. But if you have the cash to burn on the second gen version of these (which, no clue if they're better at connecting) or another brand, then do that instead. It's worth noting that if you get these direct from Sennheiser, they come with a 2-year warranty, so you do have recourse if you have dealbreaker issues.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Sound Is Awesome. Get USB Magnetic Charger For Case To Prevent Case Losing Charge.
⁃ These earbuds were new and wrapped as new with no signs of use at all. ⁃ Sound and fit is awesome. I now see why they do have the reputation for being the best sounding true wireless earbuds in the market. ⁃ If you buy these earbuds, make sure that you buy a type USB C detachable magnetic charging cable. You will then plug the USB type C tip into the charging case slot. This will ‘fool’ the case into ‘thinking’ that it’s being charged, therefore not trickling down its charge to zero charge. This is because, ordinarily, the case loses its battery charge once you place the earbuds into the case and once the case loses all its charge, the earbuds then connect to the phone or whatever device you have set them to. Not only is this annoying but the earbuds eventually lose their battery charge and you quickly have dead earbuds (and case) within a day or two. It’s a well known issue and can be a dealbreaker if you are not using the earbuds every day. Alternatively, you can switch the earbuds off using the Sennheiser app. ⁃ Even with the magnetic charging cable, the charging case loses charge in about 2 or 3 days. At least, that has been my experience. Be ready to charge them often.

Great but pricey.
I love them! Great sound quality, great fit. Battery life is ok, could be better. However, the case does extend the battery life so that’s a plus. Best true wireless sound and noise canceling I have seen
I really like these headphones. The sound is very good, but like my over the ear Sennheiser headphones they just don’t go very loud. Not worth the money
I have been a huge fan of the Sennheiser products for many years now, but these earbuds are not impressive. The bullied quality is there, great appearance and battery life. Sound is just average at best. My son has Anker Soundcore Lifedot2 ear buds which have way better sound quality for half the cost of these refurbished Sennheiser. Sorry Sennheiser. Great sound. Low volume?
LOW VOLUME ISSUE. Great sound. Poor sensitivity/efficiency. Makes no sense that you have to max out our device's volume to finally hear good sound? What you hear at 90% is what you can hear at 65% on the Sony XM3's. The round design starts to make your ears sore after an hour of usage but they stay very secure in your ears. Cant be away from phone it starts cutting out as soon as I am a couple steps away. Not a good deal at all
Not a good deal at all they are used but they should work good when selling at a high price bluetooth reception sux get a couple feet away and they die. I constantly have to do factory reset. I paid something like 150. I have jlab 10 dollar lair of earbuds that sound just as good if not better alot of crackling in phones. Try others along with them others didnt crackle.
