A very nice lens.
Beautiful and compact lens. The aperture ring movement is very smooth with distinct half-stop detents. The focus ring movement is also very smooth with just enough resistance to feel stable. The lens feels solidly built and has a very nice finish. I've only shot one roll of Delta 400 with it on my Leica M3 but I'm very happy with the image quality.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

It's like two lenses in one
At the largest aperture, the lens offers incredibly endearing character. Stopping down to f/5.6 and beyond lets the modern characteristics like contrast and sharpness shine.
