No regrets
Been using for 6 months. Lives up to expectation. No regrets with this purchase. Good suction and the motor head cleans well. Very handy, convenient and versatile. The battery and bin size is about right for my use - I don't usually find myself wanting more. Refurbished appeared like new - no signs of wear or scratches. A few minor cons: - I wish the stick was telescopic, height adjustable. This helps when space is tight, and when I want to pick up an object off the floor, vacuum the floor underneath, then immediately put the object back. The work around is to take out the stick and directly connect the floor tool - just a bit inconvenient. - The dust flies a bit when emptying the bin - I hold my breath. The dust also sticks to the outside of the bin/bin lid - I normally brush it off while the vacuum is running. - The extension hose (not included in the Absolute Extra) is great when using as a hand-held. Without this, it is difficult or impossible to access tight/awkward spaces. It also reduces fatigue as you don't have to maneuver the vacuum as much which becomes bulky and heavy. However, two hands are required to operate the vacuum, which means you don't have anymore hands to pick up and move objects. Also, the extension hose doesn't work with motorheads - that would be amazing if it did. - When using this as a hand-held, the vacuum exhaust sometimes blows the dust - that I am trying to vacuum - everywhere. This can be solved by using the extension hose to put some distance between the vacuum exhaust and the dust. Maybe Dyson can improve the design such that the exhaust blows backwards instead of sideways. - I couldn't clean all the sand from the car carpet even on boost mode. Seems like the mini motorised tool is needed, but space is tight for this vacuum at the car floor.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

Dyson V11 absolute
Had Dyson cleaners for many years from the small upright for day to day cleans and the barrel for the whole house as I was tired of tripping over cord and getting it tangled around furniture. Decided to go with the new v11absolute as a cordless cleaner and boy is it a real beauty. This one is not heavy and lasts almost an hour when fully charged. I’m surprised at the amount of dust collected as I have very little carpet in my house, mainly tiled and floorboards and vacuum whole house properly only once a week. Works wonderfully well...our 4th Dyson
This is our 4th Dyson product with two previous 'Sticks' used in our household since the Dyson range was released. The other is our (still) faithful full size Dyson vacuum. Absolute cleaning pleasure
I have never liked vaccum ckeaner so much as I have liked v11. Every time i vaccum it makes me feel how much dust i have been living with. Ease of use is another aspect. In lay man terms its suction is the best in the market and very easy to use different attachments. Portable and reliable
