Overall a very good item but let down by poor quality of free apps.
Overall a very good item, easy to use and set up and quite fast when navigating OS and apps. Apart from the downside of not being able to access a number of good US and UK based services without a VPN, the free apps aren't very good and not enough music apps, apart from YouTube really. Purchased the Firestick 4K after viewing add from Melbourne au on eBay, shows all the features including Alexa voice control. Most of the built in apps won’t work including prime video even with a au account. The power and volume work well for turning on the amp. Pretty standard The only thing is , I bought as a gift for family but you need to set up an Amazon account for them or have them on your own account The remote is good and I found it much better than the Nvidia shield with less buffering (none so far) .
