Fits 2015 Silverado just fine and and it did arrive with hardware to attach
was looking to protect my tailgate from scratches as well as provide a non skid surface for standing on while loading and unloading items. this was fairly priced relative to others I found online. Easy to install even though I hate to drill into a new vehicle. I have a four wheeler that has chains on the tires in the winter and wanted to have a surface that the chains could grab without any damage. This fit the bill.
