Not up to makita standard
Bought vacuum and then realised the internal dust filter was the inferior paper type that costs 30$ for replacements. Had to purchase the 'real' filter.... called high performance as an replacement. Half a vacuum product
The stick vac comes without a battery and charger. It costs near $200 to purchase the matching basic charger by Makita. This makes it a $300 purchase! Not good value at all. The suction foot is tiny and has two tiny wheels. The stick is short. You bend over and have to push like mad if you use it on carpeting. I feel it is made for a quick whiz around a workshop or garage, or for cleaning the inside of a car only. You have to hold the 'on' switch on all the time.
