    Best uke book I have come across so far.

    This is a valuable tool for anyone learning to play the uke. Chords diagrams are shown on each page, lyrics are clear and easy to read with indented chords and a there is a great range of songs which have become standards for anyone from the Baby Boomer age onwards. By the time you have worked your way through these you will be quite proficient on your uke. There is a good variation of easy songs with only two or three chords like The Lion Sleeps Tonight right through to some more challenging ones like Hotel California, or Mr Bojangles . Definitely something for everyone. The songs are set in keys which are pretty universal, although some voices may benefit from the use of a capo to find exactly the right key for them. The spiral binding also makes it easy to put on a music stand and be very stable. Would definitely recommend to all aspiring ukulele enthusiasts. Also a boon for guitarists or buksers looking for chords and lyrics to a great selection of popular songs. Just play along with your guitar chords instead! It is fairly thick and A4 size so it is not something to slip into your pocket, but this only makes it easier to read and it is well worth carrying around. I have no hesitation in recommending this fabulous Ukulele songbook.

    Ukulele Club Songbook

    These are good songs for the average ukulele player to play at home or at your ukulele club. This is the Bible for club players in Australia. It is very well set out, easy to follow, has generous-sized print and is great value. Most importantly is easy to follow when you play, and you never have to turn the page during a song. I refer to this book and play songs from it nearly every day. An added bonus is there are also some Australian songs included.

    Lacking few golden oldies..and I mean real favourites e.g. The Crocodile ,Barnacle Bill, Grace Darling etc. There are some great ones out there
