Great for Migraine sufferers
I took Migrelief about 6 years ago and it was great for reducing the frequency and severity of my migraines. I took it for probably 3 years straight and while I was on it I didn't have any of those days where I had to hide under the covers in between puking in the toilet. Light, sounds and smells were more than I could bear on those days. I stopped taking it after those 3 years and I only had lightweight migraines until 6 months ago. Then the migraines began to get worse again and more frequent. I started taking Migrelief again and after around 30 days I started to feel better again. Everyone has different migraine triggers so this may not work for everyone but it's certainly worth a try. New migraine help
So this was recommended to me by a Doctor I work with. Bottle states can take up to 90days to notice full effect. But with 2 doses, I think maybe it’s already helping. It’s just a supplement. I wish I had discovered this 20 years ago

Unexpected Relief from Ophthalmic Migraines

Great for kids but can’t get kids

The negative is that I can no longer get the children’s tablets and this tablet is very large and adult strength.
