    Real needles - hurts but works

    Way better quality than the previous one I had. I guess I purchased one (540, not 192) with fake needles (there were sort of like disks with sharp edges, you can tell the difference only up close), this one however seems to have real needles. Also, advice - get 192 needles instead of 540 - it penetrates the skin properly which gives you a better effect. Look up “bed of needles” on youtube to see what I mean. Cheers
