Definitely does what it claims to do, my suggestion is to use half a tablet first, the full tablet is extremely potent, I had headaches and number of other side effects after taking 1 tablet so I stopped. My intention for using these pills was that I worked late nights and found I would get sleepy half way through my shift, these definitely kept me awake but I also got side effects such as a headache an insomnia, my body was exhausted but my mind was wide awake.
