Having back aches from finding sitting up in bed reading and watching TV and pillows were not supporting me properly. Find my posture is much better, I'm more comfortable and the thickness and firmness is just right. Sometimes use a soft pillow behind neck for extra support. put your feet up
Absolutely enjoy this pillow for these reasons: My partner who has a disability has very sore legs and putting them up on this wonderful wide cushion is absolutely perfect. I also love to put my feet up. . This wonderful pillow is also great for giving extra height behind your head without using a lot of pillows. Perfect for after surgery
