It's ok.
This product does heat quicker than an iron but cuts out a bit. It is good for delicate tricky fabrics but not as efficient as I was hoping. Stopped working the second time it was used....
I had this portable steamer only 3 days... I used it once and it worked perfectly. The second time there was no steam and very low heat coming from the heating plate. I could easily touch it.
