Compact & efficient
I bought this printer when my HP Deskjet 5610 developed an incurable paper jam. The HP 2131 is compact, efficient, prints, copies and scans well and is easy to use. My only criticism is the very short life of the "set-up" cartridges supplied with the printer. In a very short time the colour cartridge expired and, even though the black cartridge still contained ink, the printer would not print at all until I replaced the colour cartridge. I appreciate that it is HP policy to get customers purchasing consumables as quickly as possible but this does nothing for HP's reputation as a reliable supplier.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
