    Good. Works. At first devices did not recognize external drive in the case. On PC running Linux Mint I formatted the drive using the operating system tool 'USB Stick Formatter' and this worked. If drive not seen, try formatting it as if it was a USB stick. Case lacks ventilation, but everything works and happy with item.

    Great solid HDD/SSD enclosure.

    This is a solid built enclosure for a 2.5” HDD or SSD. It is easy to open and close. It’s great you can see the drive inside, saves me labeling the drive, I can visually identify each one. There is a blue light that shows the drives activity. It comes with a leather look sleeve but I found it a struggle to get it into the sleeve, But I don’t really need it anyway. Overall a great enclosure and will defs be buying again when I need more.

    Seeing is Believing.

    This Enclosure is really Solid and my Drive fits in Perfectly. I can see what Drive I have in there when I am in a hurry to connect with Other drives. Black drives need to be marked so you know what Drive is in the enclosure. I have 5 separate drives so I need to know which drive I am attaching to stop confusion.

    Great little enclosure

    This is a great USB 3 enclosure for the price. Easy to install the drive, no screws needed. Just slide the lid off, install and slide back on. Even comes with a little pad so that thinner drives won’t bounce around inside. Has enough tension and firmness that I doubt the lid will slide off on its own. Was plug and play, working on both Mac and Windows with no issues. I like the fact that it’s transparent so you can see which drive is inside, and the little blue LED is easy to see without being too intense. Have ordered a second one after being so happy with the first.
