Really Impressed with this drive
This is my first experience with an SSD type drive. I replaced a 7200 rpm 1 terabyte segate drive that had crashed. My computer is about 5 years old "a dell" and I did not want to invest much money in the old computer. i am using this unit in a network configuration on a aircraft flight simulator. Just needed the basic operating system and a couple of programs I wrote as additions to the main server. To my surprise the old Dell came back to life running windows 10 like a new computer. It boots in around 17 seconds, much faster than my conventual Mac server with legacy hard drives. I was so impressed with this drive that I tried loading the server part of the simulator but unfortunantly the old Dell is just not enough hardware to run it. I will be purchasing larger capacity drives to replace the mechanical ones in my Mac computers soon.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Perfect speed, and economic disk. The installation is easy, just 4 screws and connect 2 cables and is ready to go. Admittedly we were impressed by its price, but more so by the SSD having similar performance to that of the fastest and most expensive SATA III based SSD available. I chose this SSD mainly for the price and I definitely got beyond my money’s worth. My MacBook now runs 100x faster than before since I was running a 2011 hard drive that was well over it’s life cycle.
