A Minimalist's Dream
As soon as you unzip this bag, you know that it is not "just another bag". This is a bag made by Belkin, the tech accessory company that has been manufacturing high quality chargers and cables since 1983, and this bag is no exception to that quality. From the accordian-style opening, to the perfectly placed pen holder, Belkin have thought of it all. Ideal for the minimal traveller, this bag can fit laptops up to 15.6 inches in screen size, and sports a dedicated tablet sleeve that fits iPads perfectly. The two zippers on the front of the bag, one vertical and one across, allow for quick access to your most used items such as hand sanitizer, USB sticks and other things of the like. The modern color and slim design makes this bag suitable for a day out to the tennis with your friends, or in professional business environments. The design fits perfectly into an urban lifestyle, and the quality holds up to the rigors of daily use. Belkin really have thought of everything here, from the handle at the top, to the roller bag passthrough, and the mesh inner pocket. All the careful thought and design, and the way it all fits together perfectly make this bag seamless and elegant, for any occasion. Pros: - Slim, lightweight design - Feels like a well made, quality bag - Can hold lots for the slim size - including up to a 15.6" laptop Cons: - The padding is a little to thin. This is usually not a problem unless you have a very heavy load in the bag - When carrying heavy loads, there is no chest strap to provide additional support - Occasionally, the zippers can lock up, causing you to become more delicate and cautious when using the backpack in daily use. The verdict: This bag is very good for the price.. Like, very good. After using this bag for a few days, I am certain that everything from the modern timeless design to the quality of the stitching, that this is a bag I will be using for a very, long time.
